Hello / PubliqueSHOP is an offshoot of Publique Living, based in San Francisco. We carry all of Publique Living's products as well as other designers' line that complement and share the same design esthetics.
Established in 2002, Publique Living strives to combine restraint design and quality material into products for the design-minded individual. Our philosophy is to partner immaculate workmanship with deceptively simple design to result in products that exude a quiet elegance and style. We use sustainable materials whenever we can, produce in small batches to ensure freshness of the collection, and encourage collectibility by issuing limited editions in some of our lines. Inspirations and designs are contributed by various designers as listed.
Lian Ng / With a background in graphic design, Lian Ng branched out into home accessories in early 2001. Applying his 2-D design background to 3-D objects has resulted in the premiere line of products made from paper-thin wood veneer. He has also culled techniques from his previous trade with a line of die-cut and laser-cut design. More design ideas are in development, with always a nod towards graphic design, whether it be utilizing lines and planes to denote space or graphic illustrations with whimsy and wit. An aficionado of mid-20th century furniture and modern minimalist architecture, Lian Ng lives and teaches graphic design and typography at The Academy of Art University, in San Francisco, California.

Shipping / PubliqueSHOP will strive to ship orders which include items that are listed as "In stock" within 1-3 days, or as soon as items are available, via Fedex Ground, USPS or express service if specified by customers, at additional costs incurred above listed standard shipping. Delivery dates are approximate, no liability is accepted for delay in delivery. Any duties or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipients.
Returns / Items purchased on PubliqueSHOP.com may be returned for store credit only within 15 days of purchase and only if accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition and packaging. All claims of shipping damage must be made to PubliqueSHOP by phone or email within 72 hours of receipt. All returns must have prior authorization by phone or email, and may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee, unless previously negotiated. Returns must be properly packed and sent to PubliqueSHOP Returns at 333 1st St, Unit 501, San Francisco, CA 94105, at the customer's expense.
Credits / Store credit may only be used at PubliqueSHOP.com and is valid for up to one year after being issued. Store credit has no exchanged monetary value except for purchases at PubliqueSHOP.com.
Custom Orders / All custom orders required a 50% deposit and are not returnable for store credit or any refunds. Cancellation of any custom orders will forfeit the deposit to PubliqueSHOP.
Sales Tax / PubliqueSHOP will impose a 8.5% sales tax, based on the City and County of San Francisco, for all orders shipped to any locations within the State of California.
